So much excitement today at the Museum of Peace and the United States of the World with young people from different countries and confessions: with the 107 videowalls, video conferencing systems and Skype we connected live with Krakow and with so many young people present at the XXXIth World Youth Day.
Naples and the Mediterranean in Krakow and vice versa.
A day that truly gives a sense of what has been done and gives us all hope in a peace built by the young, producers of our future.
On this occasion, the titles of "Standard Bearers of the United States of the World" were awarded to many young GMC participants.

President Capasso recalled the figure of Father Hamel - the priest murdered on 26 July by two young terrorists in France - and indicated the path of dialogue and love as the only one to travel.

RIDE: LETTER TO THE MEMBERS OF THE ITALIAN NETWORK AND NOTICE OF CANDIDACY FOR THE COMITÉ DE PILOTAGE

Dear Friends,

The events of the last few days, the recent attacks in Kabul, Nice, Monaco, Dhaka and so on for a long list all call even more to strengthen those essential initiatives that can promote mutual understanding and mutual respect: on this subject, I have sent you a letter this morning to all the bodies of the Anna Lindh Foundation (all. 1).

There are two important events involving the Italian Network in this second part of 2016:

• The ALF FORUM in Malta at the end of October 2016 (the first working document I received in the last few days from the ALF Secretariat – all. 2).
• The General Assembly of the ITALIAN ALF NETWORK to be held in the 4th quarter of 2016. In this regard, in accordance with the agreement stipulated for Step 7 (2015-2017) between the Lead Partner (Mediterranean Foundation) and the ALF, a Comité de Pilotage (consisting of 9 people, 5 of whom are women and 5 young people) is to be set up in order to assist the Lead Partner in the organisation and organisation of the General Assembly and in the activities for the development of the planning capacity planned immediately prior to the Assembly (I had already given my information on this subject).
• Awaiting to let you know within a short time the OdG and the dates of the General Assembly, also after the outcome of the Executive Committee's indications, and to send you the annual News Letter, as provided for in Step 7 "Invitation to submit an application" for the Pilotage Committee as described above, in accordance with the directives contained in the "invitation to apply" (all. 3).
