Development No Borders is the winner of Euro-Med Award 2010.
Award Ceremony took place in Cracow on 22 october 2011 in Municipality Building at the presence of Ambassadors from 43 Countries joining Union For Mediterranean and members from Anna Lindh Foundation Board of Governor. 
Joined to the ceremony Andreu Claret, Anna Lindh Foundation Director, Michele Capasso, Fondazione Mediterraneo’s President, Pia Molinari – member of Fondazione Mediterraneo and responsable for the project “Totem for Peace” – and exponents of European Commission, European Parliament and members of Polish Alf Network. Joined as spokepeople of round table “Culture for Social Change”: Raj Isar, Grzegorz Klaman, Mohamed El Sawy, Monika Smolen.
Joined coordinators from 43 National Networks of Anna Lindh Foundation.
Euromed Award this year has as theme “For Citizenship and Freedom” and has been assigned to Amr Shaaban, Development No borders’s Chairman whom thanked and presented association’s aims.
On this occasion, the titles of "Standard Bearers United States of the World" were conferred on young and female environmentalists from Arab countries.

During a meeting with the Mayor of Rabat Fathallah Oualalou and the Director of the National Library of Morocco Driss Khrouz has been established the place where will be erected the Totem for Peace, 30 metres high.
The site chosen is located in front of the Library in correspondence with the grand entrance staircase.

During a meeting with the Mayor of Fez Hamid Chabat and with the Deputy Mayor Touhami El Amouri, President Michele Capasso established with them the site where will be constructed the Totem for Peace by the sculptor Mario Molinari. The site chosen is located between Independence Square and the beginning of Allal El Fassi street.

ECOPEACE Friends of the Earth Middle East, winner of the Euro-Med Award for Dialogue 2010, received the award on December the 3rd during a prestigious Bestowing Ceremony held in Brussels.

The ceremony was attended by André Azoulay, President of the Anna Lindh Foundation and Michele Capasso, President of Fondazione Mediterraneo, in addition to representatives of the European Commission, European Parliament, International Environmental and Peace Organizations including WWF Europe, Friends of the Earth Europe, Greenpeace International, European Environment Bureau, European Peacebuilding Liaison Office, the coordinators of the 43 Civil Society Networks of the Anna Lindh Foundation and diplomatic figures.

The ceremony was followed by a debate on the theme “Can Intercultural Dialogue Prepare Social Change to Address the Ecological Challenge” .The debate was moderated by Olaf Gerlach-Hansen, Director of Culture|Futures (Denmark).

ECOPEACE Friends of the Earth Middle East, is jointly established by environmentalists from Palestine, Jordan and Israel and member of Friends of the Earth International, the largest grassroots environmental organization in the world. FoEME is a civil society organization, conducting trans-boundary research projects and promoting cross border dialogue for ecological sustainability in the region, a fair share of natural resources of the Jordan Valley, and a just peace.
