Federation Anna Lindh Italia || Onlus

 

The Federazione Anna Lindh Italia, not-for-profit, shares the aims of the Anna Lindh Foundation: created in 2004 by the European Commission together with the 42 Euro-Mediterranean countries.
The Federation's objective is to promote, support and implement the cultural and social interaction between Italy and the Euro-Mediterranean countries in various fields of action including: art, architecture, archaeology, environment, crafts, youth, women, human rights, migrants, crafts, employment, training, education, education, childhood, sports, interreligious dialogue, legality, music, food culture, empowerment, tradition, tourism, social solidarity, exchanges.
In particular, the Federation intends to implement initiatives in favour of young people, especially aimed at restoring their hope and confidence through the promotion of the "true",the "beautiful" and the "good”

The RAI has aired the fine service of Guido Pocobelli Ragosta on the Museum of Peace - MAMT that describes the emotions and the peculiarity of a unique site in the world called "chaos and wonder".

After the success of the 2017 edition, the Museum of Peace - MAMT has joined "PORTO APERTO 2018" with an extraordinary opening of the Museum and of the emotional itineraries dedicated to "Migrants" and "La Campania delle emozioni".
Starting from the TOTEM OF PEACE with the urn of the Unknown Migrant - visited by Pope Francis - the visitors immersed themselves in 107 high-definition videowalls where the videos of "La Campania delle emozioni" were projected: the ports and the resources of the sea of a unique region in the world have fascinated tourists from all over the world.

As a part of the events for the exhibition "CIVILIZING THE URBAN", the international conference on the theme “NEAR AND FAR WORLDS. NEAR AND FAR HOMES” took place at the Museum of Peace - MAMT.
