Secretary General Michele Capasso spoke at the "World Forum for the Culture of Peace" organised in The Hague at the International Court of Justice.
On this occasion he presented the "United States of the World" with the "Museum of Peace" - a World Heritage Site - and the activities carried out and those planned by the WORLD PEACE FORUM.
Public recognition for the importance of the United States of the World was expressed by Heads of State and Government and representatives of international institutions.
On this occasion, certificates of "Standard Bearers" and "Ambassadors" of the United States of the World were awarded.

MUSEUM OF PEACE - MAMT PRESENTED AT UNESCO

Secretary General Michele Capasso presented the UNITED STATES OF THE WORLD with the Museum of Peace to UNESCO.
During the meeting, he dwelt on the importance for the Region of Campania of hosting a unique site that recounts - with the aid of high technology - the cultural, environmental, artistic, archaeological and historical beauty of the Mediterranean: in particular of the Region of Campania through the programme "THE CAMPANIA OF EMOTIONS".
The visit to the United States of the World and the Museum of Peace by UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova was recalled on this occasion, as well as her appreciation for the site defined as "emotional heritage of humanity".
On this occasion, certificates of "Standard Bearers of the United States of the World" were awarded.

THE PREFECT BARBATO VISITS THE MUSEUM OF PEACE - MAMT

The prefect of Chieti Giacomo Barbato visited the  Museum of Peace - MAMT.
The prefect Barbato welcomed by the president Michele Capasso and by the director Pia Molinari expressed his appreciation for an important work for dialogue and peace.
On this occasion it was made a gift of the "Totem of Peace Tricolor" by the sculptor Mario Molinari.
