On the occasion of the 26th Anti-Mafia Summit and the 6th Summit on the Mediterranean, the "Totem for Peace" (Molinari - sculptor) becomes the symbol of the struggle against the Mafia.
The main exponents of the “Lotta alla Mafia” in Italy gathered around the monumental work: from magistrates Catello Maresca and Cesare Sirignano to parliamentarians Lumia, Aiello and Giarrusso; from the commander ROS general Pasquale Angelosanto to Giuseppe Antoci; from the journalists Dania Mondini and Francesco Borrelli to presidents Michele Capasso and Salvatore Calleri.

An important day at the Museum of Peace - MAMT to remember the Pope John Paul II° on the 99th anniversary of his birth.
Many school students have retraced the main stages of Pope John Paul II° life through the emotional paths and videos kept in the Museum.
The "Federazione Anna Lindh Italia Onlus " joined the day with the participation of multiple members.

The "Medal of Honor Civil Society" of the MEDITERRANEAN AWARD was awarded by international juries to Giuseppe Antoci, former president of the Nebrodi Park.
The award was presented by the president of the Fondazione Mediterraneo Michele Capasso and by the magistrate Catello Maresca in the presence of representatives of various countries and institutions.

During the 26th Anti-Mafia Summit - organized in Naples at the headquarters of the Museum of Peace - MAMT by the Fondazione Mediterraneo, the Fondazione Caponnetto and the Mediterranean Observatory on Organized Crime and the Mafia (OMCOM) - the OMCOM AWARD 2019 was awarded to Francesco Emilio Borrelli, Regional Councilor of Campania, for his social and political commitment.
