During a meeting between the director of the "Cité de la Culture" of Tunis Youssef Lachkhem and the president Michele Capasso, concrete possibilities were explored for a structured collaboration between the "Museum of Peace - MAMT" and the "Cité de la Culture" in order to enhance the respective institutions through initiatives in the fields of art, music, creativity, multimedia and cultural promotion in general.

The Sahel (Arabic: الساحل, al-Sahel, "the coast") is a coastal region of Tunisia south of the Gulf of Hammamet. The southern borders are quite uncertain, and if for some they reach the gulf of Gabes, others consider it to be part of the coastal strip as far as Mahdia.
The main cities of the Sahel are Sousse (the most populous), Monastir (first Arab city founded in Ifriqiya) and Mahdia (ancient capital of Tunisia at the time of the Fatimid caliph Ubayd Allah al-Mahdi).
The president Michele Capasso, accompanied by Anis Boufrika, visited these magnificent places welcomed as in a real family by Rabaa and by the daughters Hiba and Mariem.
