The eighth stage of the Giro d'Italia is Naples: a journey into beauty.
Suggestive images from the Fondazione Mediterraneo headquarters in Mergellina. The route of the stage started and finished on Via Caracciolo, crossing the hill of Posillipo and descending towards Bacoli and Pozzuoli, before reaching Monte di Procida and completing four laps around the mountain itself, amounting to 19 kilometres.
