At the conclusion of the General Assembly of the Mediterranean Academy, Emma Bonino has been unanimously proclaimed honorary president of the institution that brings together more than one hundred high school academies and institutes.
The nomination was presented to Senator Bonino by prof. Maurizio Iaccarino, former Deputy Director General of UNESCO and member of the Academy bureau.
