FEDERATION ANNA LINDH ITALIA - ONLUS
The Federazione Anna Lindh Italia, not-for-profit, shares the aims of the Anna Lindh Foundation: created in 2004 by the European Commission together with the 42 Euro-Mediterranean countries.
The Federation's objective is to promote, support and implement the cultural and social interaction between Italy and the Euro-Mediterranean countries in various fields of action including: art, architecture, archaeology, environment, crafts, youth, women, human rights, migrants, crafts, employment, training, education, education, childhood, sports, interreligious dialogue, legality, music, food culture, empowerment, tradition, tourism, social solidarity, exchanges.
In particular, the Federation intends to implement initiatives in favour of young people, especially aimed at restoring their hope and confidence through the promotion of the "true",the "beautiful" and the "good”.

The Min. Pl. Enrico Granara - coordinator of the euro Mediterranean policies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - presented by MicheleCapasso and Salvatore Calleri - members of the Executive Committee - the "RIDE - Italian Network for Euro-Mediterranean dialogue" to Senate President Pietro Grasso during a meeting held in the Sala Zuccari.
The President Grasso has expressed his satisfaction for this action and for qualified signatures, indicating in concrete actions for the Mediterranean Dialogue euro a "strong point" of Italy on the eve of the Italian Presidency of the EU.

A journey into the culture of the Mare Nostrum, the Mediterranean, with a sailing boat that will sail for five years along a route of 20 thousand miles. The project "Mediterranean", presented in Rome at the Library of the Sea, while sailing with a stopover in over one hundred coastal cities of 29 countries in the three continents Europe, Asia and Africa. The route will be on May 17 in San Benedetto del Tronto, returning to Genoa. At its first meeting, the Executive Committee of the RIDE has unanimously appointed the heads of the sections of the Tamatiche RIDE: Franco Rizzi (Networks Mediterranean University), Carlo Gambalonga and Nabila Zayati - ANSA (Communication and Media), Maria Pia Balducci (Art and creativity ), Massimo Pica Ciamarra and Luciana de Rosa (Architecture and livability in cities), Adalberta Bernardini and Francesco Lo Surdo (Religions, Dialogue and Spirituality), Imma Di Napoli (Relationships, social welfare and migration), Serena Romano and Stefania di Campli (human rights and gender issues), Lorenzo Kihlgren Grandi (Young and intercultural dialogue), Eugenia Ferragina and Stefania Garrone (Research on Mediterranean), Lucia Falco (Theatre), Urbano Stenta (Vulnerable Groups), Lorenzo Diana (organized Crime), Simone Pedrelli Carpi (Cultural Tourism), Luigi De Luca (Cultural Events), Marzia Stenti (Intercultural Learning).
At the same meeting, the Executive Committee ratified the choice of the General Assembly on the theme of international to be held in Naples in October 2014: "Squares for peace: livability and intercultural dialogue" and assigned legal representation of RIDE - Onlus to FOndazione Mediterraneo as one of the founding members and in accordance with art. 5 of the Statute in force.

It was held in Naples, the General Assembly of the Constituent Assembly "RIDE - Italian Network for Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue": the body co-funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (who plays the role of supervision and guarantee) and from governmental organizations and society Italian civil system to enhance and develop the many initiatives and activities that take place in Italy in intercultural dialogue with the Euro-Mediterranean countries.
The RIDE has also represented - with 110 members who have joined so far - the "Anna Lindh Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for the Dialogue between Cultures", represented by Paul Walton Assembly.
The 78 members - about 110 members - people who attended Naples, have ratified the Statute and elected members of the Executive Committee, and adopted the logo and defined the program of activities for the scheduled events in Naples at the end of October 2014 on the occasion of the Tenth Anniversary of the Anna Lindh Foundation: in particular, there will be a high-level international meeting on the theme "Squares for peace: livability and intercultural dialogue". All decisions were taken unanimously.

After Turin was held in Naples the Second Regional Meeting of Step 6 of the Italian Network ALF.
The Faro Convention was a guest of the Italian Network Anna Lindh in Naples at the regional meeting convened Monday, March 31 at 10:30 am at the Fondazione Mediterraneo. The meeting for the members from the regions of south-central, followed by homologous realized in Turin on March 24.
