FEDERATION ANNA LINDH ITALIA - ONLUS

 

The Federazione Anna Lindh Italia, not-for-profit, shares the aims of the Anna Lindh Foundation: created in 2004 by the European Commission together with the 42 Euro-Mediterranean countries.
The Federation's objective is to promote, support and implement the cultural and social interaction between Italy and the Euro-Mediterranean countries in various fields of action including: art, architecture, archaeology, environment, crafts, youth, women, human rights, migrants, crafts, employment, training, education, education, childhood, sports, interreligious dialogue, legality, music, food culture, empowerment, tradition, tourism, social solidarity, exchanges.
In particular, the Federation intends to implement initiatives in favour of young people, especially aimed at restoring their hope and confidence through the promotion of the "true",the "beautiful" and the "good”

The European parliamentarian Eleonora Forenza visited the Museum of Peace - MAMT expressing great appreciation for this action by the Fondazione Mediterraneo.
On this occasion he signed the KIMIYYA Manifesto in defense of women's rights in the world.

The workshop "MED BLUE ECONOMY: THE MEDITERRANEAN VEHICLE FOR THE INTERNAZONALIZATION OF COMPANIES" was held at the Posillipo Hall of the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples organized by CISE, the Italian Confederation for Economic Development, in collaboration with the Campania Region and - among others - the Mediterranean Foundation.
Took part Giuseppe Romano, president of CISE, Michele Capasso, President of Fondazione Mediterraneo, the Ambassador of Egypt in Italy Hisham Badr, the director of the port of Alexandria Aldabah Abdulqadir Saied, the general secretary of GWU Kevin Camilleri, Libyan MP Sdli Adel Ali B, Salvatore Forte, president of Consortium Industriale Sud Pontino, Raffaella Pignetti, President Consortium ASI Caserta.
On this occasion President Capasso recalled relations with Egypt for 30 years and Ambassador Badr underlined the importance of the Fondazione Mediterraneo which has been promoting and strengthening economic, scientific and cultural exchanges with Egypt for 30 years: these are the new plan that, in collaboration with the Embassy, ​​will be dedicated to Egypt in the Museum of Peace - MAMT.

The press conference for the presentation of the international conference "MED BLUE ECONOMY" organized by CISE, the Italian Confederation for Economic Development, in collaboration with the Campania Region and the Fondazione Mediterraneo took place at the headquarters of the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the Peace Museum of Peace.

Promoting the internationalization of Italian companies in the Mediterranean: this is the primary objective of the Med Blue Economy, the event taking place in Naples: the third stage, after Valletta and Tunis, in the 'three days' (from 14 to 16 February 2018), the roadshow will host the presentation of projects aimed at launching investments and attracting foreign capital, but above all assisting companies willing to expand in some key Mediterranean countries such as Egypt, Malta and Tunisia.
"In this Neapolitan stage - explained Giuseppe Romano, President of CISE - we were able to involve an important partner such as the Campania Region, with the constant presence of the Department of Production and where we can count on the constructive participation of other Mediterranean countries, which it allows us to lay concrete foundations for our basic idea that is to create a macro region of the Mediterranean that is independent of political boundaries ".
The companies aimed at internationalization also have precise commitments as explained Antonio Marchiello, Councilor for production activities of the Campania Region: "Companies have the obligation to remain in our region for 7 years, but we trust that this time parameter can be extended to other years, because we will commit ourselves to accompany the entrepreneurial activities started to improve, and not come, as in the past, to closures that always cause unemployment ".

The first day of the "MED BLUE ECONOMY" International Conference organized by CISE, the Italian Confederation for Economic Development, in collaboration with the Campania Region and, among others, the Fondazione Mediterraneo took place at the Royal Court Theater of Naples.

Salvartore Puca illustrated the pilot project of the PON Legality 2014/20 "ASI cura", which sees the Naples Consortium as the implementing entity to ensure the safety of industrial areas; a project worth 92 million euros and involving five southern regions, with the effective participation of Eurispes and Universitas Mercatorum.
The president Capasso carried out an intervention on the importance of constituting and strengthening a coalition of "shared values ​​and interests".

In Naples, at the beautiful emotional and cultural setting offered by the Fondazione Mediterraneo and the Museum of Peace - MAMT, the third step of the journey towards the United States of Europe took place.
The journey began in Florence, the city of the never forgotten Giorgio La Pira, at the Kennedy Foundation on June 7, 2018 with the presentation of the Manifesto in the Red Tulip Project in the link:

Subsequently, on November 8, 2018 the seminar on the forms of State and Government adapted to the United States of Europe was organized in light of the experience gained both in Switzerland and in Canada and in the United States of America.

The third stage continued along the way highlighting the European Union caused by Brexit and the confederal model that is no longer able to face the internal challenges of the demands of equality and security and external on the type of crisis resulting from globalization and the inability to manage in a unified way the geopolitical crises of the Mediterranean and of the American continent.
