Ernesto Olivero and Michele Capasso, at the eve of Peace Youth World Meeting they did homage to Jolanda Diana, mother of Don Peppe Diana, and its brother Emilio. The meeting was dedicated in memorial to Don Peppe – cruelty killed on 18 march 2014. In this occasion artist Nair dedicated one of the song to mamma Jolanda.

At the eve of 4° World Youth Meeting, before of a delegation from Sermig and one from Fondazione Mediterraneo, Michele Capasso ed Ernesto Olivero lifted on the terrace of “Maison de la Paix” Sermig’s peace flag, created by Studio Testa.
During the World Youth Meeting, this will take place with Mario Molinari “Totem della Pace”.

For the occasion of 50° anniversary of missionary service and at the eve of 5° World Youth Meeting, has been hosted in Fondazione Mediterraneo the ceremony for the appointment of “Mediterraneo di Pace” award given to Ernesto Olivero and Sermig. During the ceremony president Capasso talked about the aims and mission of Ernesto Olivero plausing its actions and scopes. Joined to the meeting a delegation from Sermig and Fondazione Mediterraneo. Michele Capasso and Jacopo Molinari rewarded Ernesto Olivero with Totem della Pace prize, created by Mario Molinari.

Italian-american scientist Ruggero Maria Santilli has been awarded with “Totem della Pace” created by sculptor Mario Molinari.
Santilli reacted with enthusiasm to the award and committed himself to realise in the States a monumental composition dedicated to science as fundamental pillar of Peace.

The press conference of World Youth Meeting has been held in Naples Arch diocese. Ernesto Olivero and archbishop Cardinale Sepe stressed the importance of the meeting in this difficult historical moment. In particulary Olivero highlighted the subjects of “Letter to the conscience” written thanks to a survey research conducted with youngs and lasted several years. President Capasso’s briefly talked about the reason which drive Fondazione Mediterraneo and its network to adhere and support with all their strengh this important event for youngs.

Michele Capasso and Ernesto Olivero in visit to the family of Don Giuseppe Diana . During the meeting was given to Emilio and his mother Jolanda the MAMT museum catalogue, in which is illustrated also the section dedicated to Don Peppe. Mamma Jolanda was deeply touched by the efforts spent to commemorate his child.
